Vijaya Kumar Devulapalli started career in the year 1986 as an internal auditor of a Public Limited Company, Introduced and implemented accounting systems and internal controls in leading companies. Represented before Income Tax Authorities in various Scrutiny Cases and Appeals of corporate and non-corporate concerns. Rich experience in obtaining Income Tax exemptions by representing before Commissioner of Income Tax for many Voluntary Organizations and Societies. As a passion he trained many Commerce and C.A. students in practical accountancy, taxation and audit, in the field of Finance and Management.

1. President: Sri Subrahmanya Swamy Educational Society, a charitable organization providing free education to the underprivileged children situated in Vidyanagar, Hyderabad since 2001-02.

2. Life Member: Economic Committee, Exhibition Society, Hyderabad Member in Telangana and A.P Tax Bar Association.

Janardhan has more than 28 years of functional experience in Accounts, Taxation, Audits, MIS and US & India GAAP including 2 years of teaching experience in a reputed computer institute. A double Post Graduate in Commerce & Master of Financial Management accompanied with Diploma in Computer Applications. He have good working knowledge in various Accounting and Payroll Applications of India as well as USA, UK and also a Certified QuickBooks professional. Janardhan has also worked as Accounts and Secretarial Consultant for Neubus Inc, Texas, and Concord International, Birmingham, USA for their operations in India for about 5 years.

Janardhan has also worked as a Chief Financial Officer with one of the Health Care Revenue Cycle Management Services Company and also actively involved in business operations of the company about 10+ years.

With enormous experience of business operations and corporate functions, joined hands with friendly professionals and turned as an entrepreneur.

Also the Managing Director of IXORA Global Services, providing multiple IT & ITES services to various clients in India. And have enough energy to pursue more challenging areas, which will create good business volumes.

Ramu (as his close acquaintances call him) has more than 35+ years of experience in various industry verticals including Pharma, Electrical, Healthcare, Civil, IT and handling Government projects. He is creative, big picture thinker with strong analytical skills. He was part of engineering services group at DGS technical services at Hyderabad. He was associate partner of Universal Engineering Company (UEC), a technology driven company and is registered as Class I Electrical contractor which was primarily undertaking electrical contracts and turn-key projects in Industries, Commercial Complexes, Banks, IT Parks, Shopping Malls and Government Organizations.

His ability to relate to people in a natural and empathetic way makes him a true leader. He motivates people around him in achieving their best not just professionally but also personally.
